LCM monitor_done error for new VMs

Reported in the mailing list
While the VM is in prolog (and some other states probably), the host im drivers report that the VM is not found in the hypervisor, which leads to this error message:
Tue May 28 10:12:03 2013 [LCM][E]: monitor_done_action, VM in a wrong state
This means that the LCM did not expect this message for the current VM state, and can be ignored until we fix it.
