Add tooltips to template attributes, indicate existing meaningful attributes

Description
Some resources, like the templates, can be updated with the wizard.
But the rest have meaningful attributes that are not really visible in sunstone, unless the user reads the documentation.
We should add a tooltip to existing attributes, or indicate that these attributes can be added somehow.
Some examples:
Host & cluster RESERVED_CPU/MEM
User SSH_PUBLIC_KEY
DS NO_DECOMPRESS, LIMIT_TRANSFER_BW, LIMIT_MB
