Description

This needs a new method in the core and a new RM method, as well as CLI and OCA change, and of course documentation.

To be finished, oneuser has to allow the user to specify the contents of a file instead of a string for the user's password.

Also to better integrate with the ssh key based authorization a no-hash option must be added to the command.
