Description
This will allow to use oneadmin views when a user belongs to other groups. this should be included in oneadmin group creation and/or migrators.

Migrator and core the first time the group is created should add SUNSTONE_VIEWS to oneadmin group

Also, this applies to users group to have the user view.
It could be useful to have a default cloud group with the cloud view.

Now default views are honored, defaults can be added to sunstone-views.yaml and they will be also used for secondary groups when no views are defined in the group template.
