Create OpenNebula VMs inside a vCenter folder

Description
Right now the VMs are created in vCenter at the same folder level as the template used. This can lead to a mix of vCenter and OpenNebula created VMs. It would be better to create ONE VMs inside a folder, this is more organized and is possible to assign specific permissions to the folder and its VMs.
