Description
A new VDC resource pool will be created. A VDC is a group of clusters, or individual hosts, datastores and vnets. It will also keep the relation between this "logical cluster" and user groups.
Being "logical clusters", hosts will be part of any number of VDCs. This will replace the current group's resource providers.
The current Clusters will not be modified.
