Allow choosing a network in the Admin/User section of Sunstone

Description
Currently we are using templates without a fixed network attached to them because we want to be able to reuse the templates throughout all environments(vlaned neworks). This means that we can only use the "Cloud View" in Sunstone to deploy new instances. Currently the deployment fails when no network(NIC) is attached.
It would be very convenient to be able to do this from within the Admin/User view too because now we need to switch betweeen views.
