Description
Ideally per driver, for instance in the .conf file be able to define the http_proxy env variable.

This seems to be already implemented, we may need to update the documentation per driver.

Check also proxy_uri: of az_driver.conf, atm is not working

Added proxy information in SoftLayer and Azure documentation. EC2 driver documentation already had this info.
