Description
It would be interesting to, for instance, set a default RANK expression.
From Shashank Rachamalla <shashank.rachamalla@hexagrid.com> in the mailing list:

I've gone through the documentation at http://www.opennebula.org/documentation:rel1.4:schg
and came to know the possible implementations for RANK policy ( packing, striping & load aware ) .
However, what is the default RANK policy used by scheduler when no RANK expression is explicitly specified in the vm template ?
Is there any feasible way to specify a global RANK expression applicable to all newly provisioned VMs. ( maybe in vmm_kvm.conf ) ?
