Unable to instantiate more then 1 template in Sunstone

Description

After I have succesfully updated and instantiated a VM from a template, after that I cannot instantiate another VM template anymore. Clicking on "instantiate" results in the "Instantiate VM Template" but the wizard is not being loaded. See attached screenshot. I have tested this in Firefox 40.03 and Chromium Version 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit). I can click on "instantiate" button. Status will change to "Submitting..." .... but it never gets submitted. If I do a "force reload" in the browser of sunstone it works again.

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for testing the beta. I cannot reproduce this error. Could you check if there is any error in the browser console?

I tried to reproduce myself again (yesterday I could reproduce it without problem) but I can't anymore. I thought you would need to update a template in between two instantiates to trigger the bug, but even that it not the case. Just close the ticket. If I find out now to reproduce I'll re-open it.

It was probably the same bug as #3980
