Description
When the Advanced Capacity button is clicked in the "Update VM Template" dialog the slider does not work correctly: As soon as you try to slide it changes it's scale and it's not possible to "slide" anymore. After manually typing in the correct #CPU's (i.e. "2") the slider functions normally again.

This not only applies to the VCPU Advanced Capacity button but to all sliders. As soon as you touch one slider it locks up. Manually setting a value in one slider fixes the issue for all sliders.
