Description
This issue is to implemente a one.datastore.resize to cold resize images in a datastore. From 4.14 images can be resized upon deployment

@Ruben: you state: "This is already done". Should there be a "oneimage resize $name $size option be available in ONE 5.4? In my ONE 5.4 test deployment the is no "oneimage resize".
