Description
Large scale deployments needs additional host status to handle their life-cycle. This issue will extended the host state to implement:
- enable, fully operational mode as in current 4.x
- disable, the host will be monitored, no VMs will be scheduled automatically but manually deployment is allowed
- offline, the host is totally offline, no monitor or VM deployment (of any type) is performed
