Description
vSwitches and portgroups need to be present in all ESX. Ideally, work with Dvswitches.

The following paragraph has been added to deployment/node_installation/vcenter_node_installation.html
If virtual standard switches are used, check that those switches exist in every ESX hosts belonging to the same ESX cluster, so the network represented by a port group can be used by a VM, no matter in what ESX host it’s running. If you use distributed virtual switches, check that ESX hosts have been added to switches.
