add abstraction between the VM's domain names and OpenNebula's VM IDs

Description
Currently it is hard to migrate and impossible to live-migrate VM's from one OpenNebula instance to another even if there are no storage related constraints due to limitations in libvirt.
If the VM domain name is an unique string which is mapped to a given VM entry in openNebula it would be much easier to do such VM migrations.
