Description
When using a cloned image for VM (tm_ssh), first image launch correctly, but second keep locked in pending mode, like if image lock was not released by the first one after cloning.

Can not reproduce this one. Check that you have enough resource to deploy the VM. You can deploy it manually just to see if it works, with
onevm deploy <vm_id> <host_id>
