Description
TARGET must be used to ensure that datablocks are placed right after the CDROMS, and not in hde as it is now. This needs to be explained in the documentation
History

XEN in HVM doesn't support more than one bus IDE, so as much as 4 devices. Needs also to be explained in the documentation, first datablock is hde, which falls out of the devices that can be handled.

Also the hypervisor documentation page MUST include a Limitations Section with known issues and common configuration pitfalls. (E.g. CA certs for KVM, known bugs https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?format=multiple&id=672725...)
KVM also lacks a description of local poll configuration for migrations (Tunning section)
