Description
The current requirement syntax does not work well with floating point numbers. The parser must match floats in simple dot notation. The solution is simply extend the host_parse lex file to include this matching pattern.

#87 : Now floats can be used in requirements and rank expressions. Needs some more testing

A patch to solve this is in the trunk. Needs some more testing, update the doc and bakcport the patch to the 1.2 branch
