onevm does not define the guest, deletes after shutdown

Description
onevm does only commands virsh to create the guest of the deployement file.
When the VM goes down, virsh does not know nothing about the domain when one asks about him, one thinks the domain does not exist and delete it.
I attached the patch for /usr/lib/one/mads/one_vmm_kvm.rb.

The new error state will allow a user to start again a VM, once it has been shutdown
