novnc's websockify gets html error instead of python script

Description
it looks that websockify repo changed, so novnc proxy installation script gets html error page from github instead of the script itself.
i made a quick fix, and could oonfirm, that vnc console works after applying it. maybe it needs some cleanup to not get the whole websockify repo.
