Description
Current attach/detach is only supported for running VMs. It could be done also while a VM is in poweroff or undeployed, like the resize operation.

I have patches in the oven for this, at least for VMs in LCM INIT, so that disks and NICs can be attached in CREATE hooks (only attach, not detach).
