Set group ownership on create calls

Description
When a user creates a new resource it inherits the user group. Its useful to specify it as part of the creation process without the need of performing and additional chgrp operation.

Additionally, set a special flag to inherit the group from the VM Template at VM instantiation time.

This has been implemented to some extent trough the login token. We need to add effective UID to have a fully functional "sudo" like feature, and perform api calls on behalf of other user.
