We should allow the memory cost to be set by GB/hour.
The wizard could also show an hourly/monthly total.

Related: The total hourly/monthly cost should not be only calculated in the creation wizard. It should be displayed as part of the instantiated VMs info in both the admin and cloud view.

Related: When a template is instantiated, the total price is not calculated automatically. Instead the capacity cost and disks cost is given separately.
