Description
When an image is created and uploaded from local workstation the progress indicator stays blanc (at least in Chromium). The image does get registered correctly when the image eventually uploads (one 4.14 beta 1.

I have fixed the progress bar issue, but I didn't find any issue registering the image upload, could you please confirm it or how to reproduce it?
