Description
I'd like to federate or create a hybrid cloud based on multiple OpenNebula clouds. Currently it is only able to build a hybrid cloud with EC2, not another OpenNebula installation.
I'd also like to be able to specify usage of this feature to be more dynamic, e.g. specifying a rule which decides whether to use the local or the external cloud to place a VM.
