Description
When you create a group within Sunstone the default acl's are not created, like they are with `onegroup create`. This means that a user assigned to this group will get numerous error messages when logging into Sunstone.

you are right. We will correct this behaviour so groups are created with default ACLs just as the CLI.

I'm attaching a patch for this issue. I believe it will be applied in master soon so its ready for the upcoming 3.0beta2 release.
